Kimberly Smith has been with the City since May of 2014 and serves as the Resource Development & Public Information Officer (PIO). In addition, Kim is the Executive Director of Presque Isle Community Development Association (PICDA), the City’s 501c3 non-profit organization.
Smith holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She is the Vice Chair of Aroostook County Tourism, Secretary/Treasurer of Presque Isle Historical Society, and Secretary of the Board of Presque Isle Air Museum.
Honors include being named a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary in 2019, receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award from the President’s Council on Service & Civic Participation in 2014, receiving an Excellence Award from New England Museum Association in 2014, and being named Presque Isle’s Citizen of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce for 2009.
