    Low interest loans available for qualifying businesses
    Low interest business loans for qualifying businesses
    Winterization and Rental Modernization (WARM) Program
    This loan program offers qualifying landlords with interest rates as low as 1% to upgrade window, door, and other heating units within their rental properties
    Offers start up small businesses financing with no collateral loans for completing approved educational courses through New Ventures Maine. Applicants who complete their loan without missing a payment will be rewarded principal forgiveness for the last year of the term.
